Update

Ok folks for the last several times that Steve Jobs has spoke I have gone on record as to what I think will be announced. I had this discussion with Adam from the MacCast last week (I made the same predictions) as well as last night.

One: The no brain-er, iTunes Music Store will sell movies, Disney, Pixar and others

OK nailed this one. I’m not thrilled with the pricing or DRM however. Rather just buy my DVD’s right now.
Two: A new Airport base station or Airport Express which will allow you to stream audio and video to your TV

Oops , missed this one by a mile.
Three: A new 6th generation video iPod with larger screen, better resolution, and an 80 to 100 Gig hard drive.

Ok no 6th gen but I did get the 80 and 100 Gig hd right.
Four: Updated version of Front Row

Ok they are adding a new version of Front Row in the new media center, first quarter 07

Five: 24 and 30 Inch Cinema displays with built in iSight Cameras

Nope, not even close.
Six: 8 Gig Nano (I put this in late but not before 10AM)

Ok got this one right (but this was no surprise really)
The long shot: A Mac Mini based Home Media Center

Good call on this one on my part. I think I hit a home run. It looks like a mini (sort of) and it is a Media Center. So goo on me and I can’t wait to get one in 07.
