Zune, “iPod Killer”. . . I Think Not!

Check out the Endgadget screens of someone trying to install the Zune’s software. If the software installation sucked, I wonder how the rest will go. It’s early but saying that the Zune will be an “iPod Killer” is just a joke.

Special Show due to feed Error

Folks I had to re-do my RSS Feed on Wordpress and Feedburner today in order to correct an error where all previous shows would not show up on iTunes and other Podcast catchers.

This is a one time thing and you may get episodes of previous shows that you already heard. My apologies for any inconvenience. Thanks to David and Slau for letting me know.
Thank you

How to get old Typical Mac User Shows

Thanks to listener David who gave me some good encouragement. I have figured out how to get all of my old shows to show up in iTunes. You may have to unsbuscribe and resubscribe to see them all. If you do just go to iTunes and go to the advance menu. Then select Subscibe to Podcast and put in the following RSS address.

http://feeds.feedburner.com/typicalmacuserpodcas

After that you should see all of the old show and be able to “get” them.

Also, on the main web page remember you can go to Show Archives to see or listen to all the old blog entries and shows as well.

Thanks David for the encouragement to make it clear to my new listeners how to do this.

ReviewMe.com a winning idea for consumers, Bloggers and Podcasters

To show you the power of ReviewMe. This is a “Sponsored Post.” ReviewMe gets exposure to their new service, and I get paid a small amount for blogging about it. It’s not easy for a blogger or podcaster of my size to make a lot of money, but in this case, I truly believe there is opportunity here for everyone involved. I haved signed up for this service and will clearly mark any reviews that I do for ReviewMe (it’s part of their rules too)
