Eight Cores for $1797.00 U.S. is too much for this Mac Geek
Well it finally got here. The long anticipated eight (8) core Mac Pro. Yes , yes I know that I just got my MacPro last month. So should I be bummed out that I did not wait?
How about “NO.” The new eight core processor will set you back an additional $1797.00 U.S. That is enough to buy a very beefy Mac Book. Unless you are using you Mac Pro for the most demanding proffesional deals I think this is not the “Typical Mac.”
I think this is a bit of an overkill to get.
I guess the only people who would really benefit from this are those who work with Audio or Video on a daily basis.
Especially artists!
