My Wild Ass predictions for WWDC

My big prediction as made earlier during the Maccast loop is that Apple is going to light the fire again on
mac gaming. Offer new SDK’s to developers and support and encourage a ramp up in these products that better fit
the new hardware as well as Leopard architecture. I know it’s a way out there prediction but if I’m gonna guess
I might as well be wild.

  • Other predictions for me.
  • No iPhone SDK yet but it will be mentioned
  • New iMac with Santa Rosa chipset and Ndivia cards will come out during the week (likely Tuesday)
  • As reported on the Mac Observer Apple will be replacing the HFS+ file system with Sun’s ZFS file system. AS leaaked by Sun CEO Jonathan Schwartz revealed the news during a presentation in Washington D.C. on Wednesday, according to CNET News.
