iPhoney goes Open Source

Marketcircle Inc., makers of Daylite Productivity Suite and Billings business software for the Mac, has released iPhoney 1.1 as an Open Source Project on SourceForge (http://sourceforge.net/projects/iphonesimulator/) with the objective of providing a global test bench for iPhone developers. iPhoney 1.1 is a fully native, universal binary Cocoa application, written in Objective-C. As well as its new status as an Open Source Project, iPhoney 1.1 has upped functionality with a frequently requested “zoom to fit” found in the iPhone.

Very cool idea to make this application Open Source. It says a lot about Marketcircle as a company. If you haven’t check out iPhoney yet? Do it now
