TMUP-Screencast-001: Pop Up Messages for Folders

Well we all know that Don over at Screencast On Line is the king of Screencasts for the Mac, however I wanted to see you guys would like to see these small screencasts once in a while as I expand the web site, and learn more about using multi-medial on the show. Please leave feedback and let me know what you think. This was done very late last night on iShowU, iMovie08 and Motion 3 for the intro.

    Hi Victor,

    I enjoyed the screencast but at the begining you said welcome to the typical PC User podcast! Watch out, you might be turning back to the dark side! :)

    See what happens. You load windows in VMware on your Mac and it finds a way to let things infect your podcast.. I meant system.

    P.S. I too did a double take on the opening voice over. I thought I had accidentally downloaded an old file.

    P.S.S. What software did you use for the opening montage?

    DonQ I used Motion for the opening. No S, I’m not Don but it’s a good way to get started.

    Great screencast. I find this sort of stuff very helpful, since I learn visually. I am a big fan of Don’s work and have been a follower for about a year. Keep up the great work and keep the screencasts coming.

    Great screen cast,Victor. You can really explain step by step an action or function of the mac OS visually. This is a super way for us novice mac users to learn. Thanks for all your great podcasts. Keep up the good work, I really enjoy them. Mara
