TMUP-Screencast-002: Disable Caps - Lock
Time for another short Screencast. This time I cover how to disable the “Caps-Lock” key. I’ll put another short one out tomorrow.
This time I did this using SnapzProX and Final Cut Studio 2. Special thanks to Paul Figgiani who continues to mentor me on producing professional media.
I do have ipod and itunes files of this available here

Great tip Victor! Now I’ll want to go in and fiddle with other keys.

Thanks for the tip. I went ahead and applied it immediately. The screen cast looks better than the last one. You might try it with a black screen background, though. This may get rid of the strage ripples on the background.

Nice job, Victor.
Was the opening a built-in feature of iMovie?

No the opening is done in motion

Nice screencast Victor… Which one do you think is better, SnapsProX or iShowU?

Well both are nice but I’m too new to know yet. I think Snapz does a better job of encoding the orig but it takes a lot , a lot longer. iShowU is a snap. I have so much to learn in this area. I need to put out an iPhone compatible version, and one that will play on the iPod maybe. This one won’t from what I gather and I don’t know why. I’m learning so much and to me that’s the real reward of all this. Well of course after the rewards of you guys watching.

Great screencast, Victor! Very useful tip - I’ve already implemented it on my desktop G5.
