Wow every one thanks for the great comments on this screencast. Jim that is cool that this can be used for any ringtones (duh of course). Also Jay thanks for the complement, being even compared to Don is a great compliment and if you aren’t subscribed to what he does you don’t know what you are missing. Of course I’m going for the highest quality I can because I believe in good quality. Like I said , I consider it an honor just to be mentioned in the same sentence as Don as he is an inspiration to me.

Victor this was great to learn. I don’t own an iPhone but I used the settings in Garageband for creating ringtones for my A900 Sprint Phone. I have to use a site to upload the file then they send it to my phone for Free. Then I just tell the phone to download it. It really made a huge difference in how the music sounds. I have done this before straight from iTunes. When the phone rang, the music would be very choppy because I am guessing that the music file/ringer was too high of quality to play it smoothly.

This was great to watch and it really helped even a Non-iPhone user. I love your VideoCasts Victor. Thanks for giving us the time and providing us with such great content.

This makes me want to open up Garage Band and have a play, until now I have never used it as Audio was never my thing but you make it look easy

Fantastic screencast, Victor. I do not own an iPhone or need to make ringtones, but I wanted to learn about Garageband. Great stuff in there even for me.

I would never complain about too much help from you, Victor! Goodness, I am amazed at your output — both quantity and quality. You are giving Mr. McAlister’s screencastsonline.com some competition! (I learned about him from you, by the way, and, of course, love his site too!!)
