Come Join me at the iProng Booth
Bill Palmer from iProng shared their Podcast and New Media Expo press release with me this morning. Here it is. Hope to see you there.
The iProng booth at this weekend’s Podcast and New Media Expo will feature hands-on demonstrations of the iPhone and new iPods (including the iPod touch) led by leading podcasters from tech and other industries. Come meet your favorite podcasters and take Apple’s newest models for a spin at the same time!
iProng.com, the publication for iPod and iPhone users, wants you to learn all about the iPhone, iPod touch, iPod classic, and iPod nano, so we’ll have all four of them on display at our Podcast Expo booth (#609) this weekend for the entire time the exhibit hall is open. But we know that you don’t just want to hear from us for three days straight, so we’ve brought in our friends from across the new media spectrum to help us out. Please note that this schedule only includes those special guests who have been confirmed, and that all iPhone/iPod models will still be demonstrated at the times that no one is listed on this schedule:
Hands-on with the iPhone
Victor Cajiao from Typical Mac User – 10:00 to 11:00 on Friday and Saturday
Dr. Ginger Campbell from the Brain Science Podcast – 12:00 to 2:00 on Saturday
Steve Webb from Lifespring – 2:00 to 4:00 on Saturday
Deb Shadovitz – TBA
Shooby Kumar from the Shooby Show – TBA
Hands-on with the new iPods
Adam Christianson from MacCast – 10:00 to 12:00 on Friday
Dave Peck from PopCast – 12:00 to 2:00 on Friday
Don McAllister from ScreenCastsOnline – 11:30 to 1:30 on Saturday
Elsie Escobar from Elsie’s Yoga Class – 1:30 to 3:30 on Saturday
Steve Marquez – 10:00 to 11:00 on Sunday
KFC from SkyDiverGirls – 11:00-12:00 on Sunday
Also appearing at the iProng booth
Irina Slutsky – 2:00 to 4:00 on Saturday
Ken Ray of Mac OS Ken – 12:30 to 1:30 on Sunday
Please note that this is only a partial schedule and may be subject to change; stop by the iProng booth #609 to view the full final schedule. And remember, the iPhone and new iPods will be on display at our booth the entire time the exhibit hall is open, not just at the times listed above. The iProng staff and the above special guests will be happy to show you how the products work and demonstrate the latest features, but we want you to play around with the products and see what you think of them.
While you’re at the iProng booth, check out our Expo partners LA Podcasters and OC Podcasters, whose booths are located adjacent to ours on the left and right. Both groups will be doing non-stop live podcasting the entire time the exhibit hall is open. iProng will be hosting three podcasting panels at the LA Podcasters booth and three episodes of iProng Radio at the OC Podcasters booth. Very cool. Are you going to be podcasting from the expo for those of us who couldn’t get there this year?
