Ambrosia’s WireTap Studio gets my Best In Show Award

There were many of great things to see at the Podcast and New Media Expo. However being the “audio geek” that I am there was nothing cooler that Ambrosia’s new WireTap Studio.

Although WireTap Studio (WTS) and WireTap Pro share names, there is so much more under the hood of WTS that the comparison stops there.

WireTap Studio is going to provide a tool set that will allow anyone to record, edit and manage audio in a clean interface with incredible and to as yet never shown losses and non-destructive editing. I hope to get the opportunity to have this application in my arsenal and review it for all of you.

Evan and the guys from Ambrosia were a blast and were truly committed to not only selling their product, but I felt a real dedication to the podcasting community and to all MacGeek. No wonder these guys get a lot of my cash. Thanks Ambrosia and this is definitely my Best of Show application for PNME.
