Hi Victor, another tip to add to your list of putting an mac to sleep:

For intel macs hold the “play” button on the apple remote for 5 seconds, the Mac screen will dim and show a zzzzzing remote icon and then gently go to sleep.

Hi Victor, another great show. Love them. I was wondering, you gave all the tips for putting a system to sleep, screen savers etc. but I did not hear a recommendation for what is best for the system. If that exists. Should I turn off my computer completely each time? Just put it to sleep? Or, just use a screen saver. Not sure here. Thanks for your great shows.
