Macworld 2008 Videos: Data Robotics Drobo Share

  1. Hey Victor, thanks for bringing us news from MacWorld, I really enjoyed it!

    The DroboShare looks interesting. I do have one concern. If you get a chance to test one, could you compare data throughput with a standard USB model? To me, even if it has a gigabit connection, it's still limited by the weakest link in the chain, that being the USB connection. I can understand the convenience factor, but not any improvement in data transfer.
