Hi Everyone,
Victor asked me to let you know about the next two weeks. If you follow Victor on twitter or listen to some of the other Mac podcasts you may have heard already.
Victor has been in the hospital due to illness since this past weekend. The Dr has given him orders to take things easy. So there will be no show for the next two weeks. But he loves you guys so much he released that last SSH screencast episode seven from his hospital bed. He should be home tomorrow and on rest for this and next week for sure. He may drop the final episode eight of the SSH screencast series but there will be no regular show.
If you want to give Victor some real encouragement then please give him some show feedback love in iTunes. I would not put references to this illness in the reviews due to their longevity and use for guiding new listeners to the show. You can drop Victor your specific encouragement or well wishes by replying to this post in the comments .
Sincerely,
George
Here is part 6 of this eight part series. This time George talks about using iTerm and SSH.

NOTE: It takes about 30 seconds to load the movie on this player. Sorry!
Well with the release of iTunes v8 today I was wondering a couple of things about the new “HD” content.
First, what do they consider HD setting wise for the video? Next can I copy it to my iPod touch v2.1 firmware?
So I downloaded the free HD episode of BSG and below are the video specs. I also found it would copy to my iPod touch. It just finished sync’ing to my AppleTV so more later after I go, test the episode for all of our listener/readers. Yeah I know the things we subject ourselves to for all of you.
One last note, by comparison. The resolution for an episode of Dr. Horrible’s Sing Along Blog is 640×360.
