This is truly one of your best shows you have done. Loved the music of Zoe. Excellent information and stories from all your guests. Thank you.

Great podcast. We also “discovered” Zoe Keating on RadioLab, and immediately downloaded her One Cello x 16: Natoma. My wife, also a cellist, was fascinated by the technical aspects of Ms. Keating's performances, and this show gave her some great insights into the music.
Thank you, Victor, and thank you Zoe!

It was wonderful that I was able to get a hold of Zoe so quickly and follow up with the Mac and beyond technical aspects of her performance and talent. I was honored to have been able to do it.

Elsie, I share your pains with the “Geniuses” at the Apple Store. When I had to take my iMac G5 in twice for the capacitor issue, I never got a call back from the Apple Store telling me when my iMac was ready to be picked up. It seemed as though I had to “baby” them by calling almost every other day to make sure that my iMac was ready for me (considering I was two weeks without it on both instances that I took it in). And it's not just your Apple Store that's “dorky”. It seems that the problem is everywhere, but it depends on who you get as an Apple Genius. I've had experiences with some really good ones, and some really smug ones. Apple needs to deal with that ASAP, IMO.
I imagine it's a growing pain from all of the popularity Apple has received in such a short time, but Apple does need to make sure that their customer service at the Apple Store level is on par with the rest of their customer service reputation. Front-line experiences like the Apple Store are very critical IMO when it comes to customer satisfaction and Apple needs to steamline that a lot more.
That said, I still love my Mac.

In the conversation with Zoe, you mention another artist – Pat Mc[something] that you thought would be a good mashup with her – what's the exact name? I'd like to explore. Thanks for a great interview, as well.
