Hi Victor,

I am also interested in the EEE PC, although mainly with the emphasis on running OS X. I'm sort of in the same position that you were in, wanting something a little more mobile to carry instead of my MacBook.

I have been waiting for Apple also… Even though Steve (Who wants to watch video on an ipod?) Jobs says no, I wouldn't be surprised to see one, though I doubt it will be $500.

I think they will too next year but second half and it will be a totally great device not the netbook model but something unique. Of course I'll buy one
